Liability

• Europarcel International Service does not take any responsibility for loss or damage of packages or cartons that are inadequately packed or protected
• If your item exceeds 30kg in weight, you must provide assistance to load and unload the package to the vehicle
• You will be liable for an additional fee if we cannot pick up your package
